Let us do the hard work for you, upload a CSV file to batch upload clients, team members and entities.

1. Just to the right of the search bar click on Add. From the three options choose CSV, which will take you to the Upload CSV page.
2.
 Export the relevant data from your practice management software and save it as a CSV file
3. Select what your file contains, you can:

a. add new clients
b. add members to your client’s team
c. upload entities such as trusts to their accounts

4. Click on Choose file and select the file that you have generated
5. Click Upload 

Please allow up to two business days for the data to appear in your portal. The accounts will be created as Starter by default, Accountants can then choose to upgrade clients to Pro. No emails are sent to these clients until the Accountant sends them an invitation.
