Getting started form explained
Not sure how to fill in some of the fields in the Getting Started form? Here’s some help.

Use white background

If you have a logo that looks better on a dark background (i.e. if your logo is white in colour) , leave this checkbox deselected.


This is for the name of your firm. This will be the name that is visible to your clients in the portal.

Customer support email

This is the email that support emails will be sent to, some firms choose to set-up a separate email for this.

Website URL

When users click on your logo in the portal, they will be taken to this URL. If you do not have a website yet, don’t fret! We can always get this set up later.

Email signature

When the portal generates emails (i.e. activation and invitation emails, etc.) this will be the sign-off used. We suggest using the name of your firm for starters.


Define what kind of relationship you have with your clients, you can choose from:

• Firm
• Insurance Broker
• Mortgage Broker
